Happy Hump Day! If all goes according to plan and the weather cooperates, I’m probably about to jump out of a plane! So please say a little prayer for me while you are reading this blog post. I’ll quickly tell you about this lovely lace dress. I’m currently obsessed with lace dresses. Kentucky Derby anyone?

Before you panic about the skydive and possible inclement weather in Dallas, we have a back up jump date of Thursday. Check my Instagram Stories or Snapchat to get a status update. If the weather holds – we are a go! THANK YOU to everyone who donated and supported me. 100% of the proceeds benefit veterans and first responders through the Birdseye View Project. This is an amazing cause and great organization that former Navy SEAL Ryan “Birdman” Parrott started. Oh, and he is jumping with us!

Now, we resume our regular programming. Lace dresses. I’m obsessed! I purchased this lovely black one, shot it and then it SOLD OUT. Ugh, the story of my blogging life. I hope that it is restocked soon; I will be sure to let you know when it does. The good news is that I found lots of great choices to link for you below. This dress is the perfect choice for a Kentucky Derby party or a Mother’s Day brunch. And how about this cute Kate Spade bag in this beautiful color. I just love it! It comes in black too.

By the way, I will be at Lonestar Park on Saturday, May 6 for Kentucky Derby Day. I am serving as one of the judge’s for the Kentucky Derby Hat Contest. Come out and enjoy the fun! Details here. I might just wear this dress and hat!

P.S. If you are wondering why I wear these nude heels a lot, it’s a fashion trick. Nude heels elongate your leg and don’t distract from what you are wearing.
