Striped one-shoulder shirt c/o Shein / Skinny jeans c/o Chico’s / Cult Gaia Ark bag (size small) / Silver cuff bracelet / Silver slides / Lips: Charlotte Tilbury ‘Red Carpet Red’ and Charlotte Tilbury lip liner in ‘Kiss N’ Tell’ (the perfect red lip for blondes)
Can we talk striped shirts? Especially when combined with skinny jeans? It’s a combo I love. And nothing says ‘hello summer’ more than a beautiful one-shoulder shirt. Let’s explore stripes & skinny jeans!
But first, congratulations to Gaby Chico and Jenny Ham. They each WON a $250 Chico’s gift certificate! Gaby won on Instagram and Jenny won on the blog. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Chico’s Chic To Chic giveaway!
I’m often skeptical when I see a beautiful shirt for $14. Lots of you have asked me about the brand Shein and I have to tell you, everything I have received from them has been exactly what they promise. Just know that it’s a very discounted brand. So it’s a great way to try a trend and not spend a fortune. My shirt is size medium and fits true to size. I love these Chico’s skinny jeans in this dark wash. These are actually the same jeans I am wearing in their Chic To Chic video you can see here. They are super comfortable! I have to size down in Chico’s because their sizing is generous. Is there anything better than having to size down? I think not.
I’m also trying some lower heels this summer. These silver slides are so multi-purpose. They’re cute with shorts, midi length skirts/dresses and these jeans. I have these pearl embellished slides too and I absolutely love them. This is the strapless bra I wear under off-the-shoulder tops. In addition to linking you to this exact outfit, I am also giving you more choices on striped shirts and skinny jeans.
Happy Tuesday! xoxo- Tanya
