The best part of being a Past Ball Chairman for the Cattle Baron’s Ball is that you are forever invited to all of the committee shindigs. They see this as an honor to include us. But the real honor is me getting to continue to be a part of this amazing organization and see how well they are doing. We’ve been at this for 40+ years and continue to be the largest single event fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. I am PROUD of this years co-chairs Jill Tananbaum and Cindy Stager, their committee and incredible plans for the ball on October 18th that will be held INSIDE at Gilley’s Dallas. By the way, they announced that they have already raised over $1.2 million towards their fundraising goal. Kudos!
Recently the CBB gathered for a Valentine’s Luncheon at The Joule Hotel for a beautiful Traffic LA fashion show followed by a presentation from the new ESPA spa. The founder of ESPA Spa , Susan Harmsworth, spoke to us about the spa and products. Specifically, the Optimal Skin Proserum (seen in the picture). I wish I could remember all the details about the product but I simply remember this – the woman did not look a day over 50 and she was over 70 years old. Let me just say this, if I can get the results she did, I will be buying it in mass quantity and bathing in it! Until then, I think I will try out the ESPA spa soon and report back my findings. Who wants to join me?
