This looked so good that I had to post it so I would not lose it...  I subscribe to Chow Recipes.  The link is below

With ginger liqueur, aged rum, and tropical juice, this drink has the flair of an umbrella-clad cocktail without any of the overly sweet ickiness.

What to buy: Orange-guava juice can be found canned and in frozen concentrate form in most grocery stores. If you are having a hard time finding it, you can also look in Japanese or Latin markets.

Ron Zacapa Centenario rum is an aged Guatemalan rum that can be found at specialty liquor stores. If you can’t find it, you can substitute a good-quality aged rum.

Domaine de Canton is a ginger-flavored liqueur that can be found at specialty liquor stores.
