It's getting very obvious that the weather has kept us in. I have been experimenting with Thai recipes.
- 2 Chicken Breasts - Cut into small pieces for stir-fry
- 1 Onion - chopped
- 2 Bags of Frozen Broccoli
Ingredients for Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves - Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Juice of One Lime
Cook your rice and have it ready.
Cook Broccoli in the Microwave and have it ready too.
Salt and Pepper Chicken before cooking.
Saute chicken in a big frying pan or wok with chopped onion until cooked and light brown. Move the chicken to one side of the pan and put peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, Sriracha, water and lime to melt and stir together. The peanut butter has to melt. Then stir into chicken...
Serve over white rice.
