- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tabs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tab parmesan cheese
wash beans, remove ends, place in 1" of salted water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and boiled uncovered for 5 minutes. Cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes until tender
Heat oil in skillet. Add all ingredients, except cheese. Cook until tomatoes are soft. Stir frequently
Stir in Beans. Cook just until beans are hot, about 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle with Cheese
