This is one of my favorite recipes from Robert's Grandmother, Delores Ellerman. It is a big crowd pleaser!
4-6 Chicken Breasts - browned in small amount of butter (You can buy an one of those rotisserie chickens and peel the meat off of the bones)
one package sliced Swiss cheese
Can of Cream of Chicken soup
Box of Stove Top Stuffing
Place cooked chicken breast in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Salt and Pepper and then put Swiss cheese slices on top of chicken.
Make stovetop stuffing as directed
Add one can cream of chicken soup and ½ can of milk to stuffing. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour
