Julie Valk’s Teriyaki Steaks
1 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
1 small onion
½ cup sugar
½ cup sherry – can use cooking sherry
Mix all together and use for marinade for steaks.
I buy small T-Bones and marinate for 4-6 hours at the minimum. Cook on the grill
