Beth McClure’s Southern Onion Pie
This is a southern dish that is a wonderful surprise and easy to make. Sounds gross but I just love it!
1 - 9 inch Pie Crust - Cooked for 15 minutes
4-5 Tomatoes Sliced
1/2t salt
1/2 pepper
Sliced Yellow Onion – Sweet but Vidalia is the Best
3t dried basil
garlic powder
1/4 cup Mayo
1 1/2 Mozz Cheese
Layer tomato and onion - 2 layers. Shake on Spices. Combine Mayo and Cheese, spread on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
