Olive Oil – 1/3 cup
Vinegar – 1/3 cup
Tsp Dijon mustard
Parsley
Green onions – scallions
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons butter
ORZO – pasta that looks like rice
Cook ORZO as per the box – I use half a box. Mix all the above….adjust the olive oil and vinegar to taste, pour over ORZO
