Stacey Lake’s Salad Dressing
1/3-cup sugar
1/3-cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup oil
1 glove garlic
1 tsp stone ground mustard
cute little round jar – inglehoffer
salt and pepper to taste
Toss with lettuce; crumple blue cheese, walnuts, craisins (cranberry raisin-yellow package with dry fruit)
Also could put cilantro, purple onion and pears
