2-4 lbs of small beef ribs – could also use pork
1 tablespoon dry mustard
4 tablespoons molasses
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
½ cup worchestsire sauce
1 ½ tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 medium onion
2 teaspoons celery seeds
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon red pepper
350 for 1 ½ hour – Basting every 20 minutes
