Mary Kate Cary’s Salad
2 bags of mix salad greens
2 to 3 avocado sliced
1/3 lb of blue cheese – saga 5 oz
1 cup of hazelnuts toasted and chopped – put in single layer on cookie sheet at 350 – 5 – 10 minutes shake cookie sheet – they cook fast
Dressing – 1/3 c red wine vinegar
2/3-cup olive oil
2 tab Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
