Be careful with this one! It is so good that you will want it all the time but beware it will make you grow a belly! I was inspired by Berns Steak House in Tampa but I think mine is better...
1- ½ bananas per person - ripe
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rum
2 tablespoons banana liqueur
Cinnamon
Melt butter in a large sauté pan with brown sugar. Slice bananas and sauté until tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1/3 cup of rum and the banana liqueur. Ignite with a match…. Be careful. This is only to burn off the alcohol.
Serve over vanilla ice cream….
