INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes (4-5 and I bake them in the over first)
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2t vanilla

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2c brown sugar
  • 1/3 flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2c Pecans

Mix all of the potato ingredients together and place in a 9x13 greased pan

Mix the topping ingredients together and put on top

Back at 350 for 30 minutes
