This is Jeff's mother's recipe

Helen's Cornbread

1 1/4 cups cornmeal

1/4 cups flour

1 tsp salt

3 tsp baking powder

1 T sugar

Mix all together and add one egg.  Add milk to desired consistency

 

Meeno's Dressing

Cornbread

White bread

1 onion

4 hard boiled eggs

celery

salt

pepper

sage - heavy...  1 tsp

Juice from turkey or chicken broth or hot water
