 Why did my mother write all of her "famous" recipes on memo pads?  

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/3 flour (all purpose)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • salt (a pinch)

greased pan

300 degrees - 40-50 - 1 hour
