2 lbs boneless, cooked roast beef
1 bottle (12 ounces) of your favorite barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups water
10 to 12 sandwich rolls, halved
Combine cooked roast beef, barbecue sauce and water in your slow cooker. Cover, cook on low for 2 hours.
Then, remove the beef from the slow cooker. Shred it with two forks. Return beef to sauce; mix well. Serve it up on rolls. It should make about 10 to 12 sandwiches.
