A couple years back I was at my godsister's high school graduation and like always my godmother put on the best outdoor party you can think of. Food is always one of the most important elements of a party, besides the actual reason there is a party of course. I had this salad then and was instantly obsessed. This is a great salad for parties, especially in the summer, and its even great as just a quick and easy meal for the family. It is simple ingredients and it takes no time to put together. Enjoy!

Ingredients

¾ cup vegetable oil
5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 teaspoons soy sauce
3 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored Top Ramen
1 head of cabbage - shredded
I head of iceberg – shredded
2-3 cooked boneless chicken breasts cut up or one 12 ounce canned chicken
1 cup toasted almonds
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Optional- 1 bunch green onion chopped

Directions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and ramen flavor
packets. Bring dressing to boiling point, remove from heat refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. In large bowl combine cabbage, lettuce, broken up ramen noodles, chicken, almonds & green
onions

3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cilantro.
