Scalloped Corn - Karen Gruver

1 can regular corn, drained 1 can cream style corn

1 cup sour cream 1 stick melted butter

1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin mix 2 beaten eggs

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Mix together all ingredients except the cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Take out. Add cheese to top of casserole and bake an additional 15 minutes or until set.

Great for a crowd!
