Looking for persons that had to deal with this nuisance weed. When not planted responsibly, this thing is a disaster. Obviously in our case not planted responsibly, without root barrier, invading our property (but planted in neighbor'syard). Neighbor is NOT ready to do anything not even keep it trimmed ! Any help greatly appreciated. Thks.
