With booming population growth of more than 10% per year, the town of Prosper in Collin County has changed monumentally in recent years. Bill & Lovett Bayne hope their family-owned seafood brand, Fish City Grill, will be a perfect addition to the Prosper dining scene. The company’s 23rd location will open just north of U.S. Highway 380 in The Gates of Prosper on Monday, Sept. 26, just in time for National Seafood Month in October.
The new Fish City Grill location is approximately 3,200 square feet inside with additional space for diners outside on the patio. The restaurant features a full bar with a specialty cocktail menu to complement its made-from-scratch menu where seafood is the star. Customers will also find fresh seafood specials on the restaurant’s Chalkboard. Features on the Chalkboard are unique to each Fish City Grill location and change twice each day. Fish City Grill is renowned for being a friendly, neighborhood seafood spot where customers and team members become family. The restaurant is connected to and involved in its community, giving back to local nonprofits every month through its First Tuesday initiative. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, the Prosper location will partner with Tuman Breast Cancer Foundation for its October First Tuesday on Oct. 3, donating 15% of the entire day’s sales to the local charity.
