Following the arrest of Dudek's step-father (David Herrin) and his uncle (Terry Brumley), Dudeck made arrangements with Highland Park DPS to turn himself in. Detective Chadwick took Dudek into custody on February 21st at 1:17pm. Dudek is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
