About Flying Fish
Flying Fish offers a relaxed lakefront atmosphere and simple, hearty fare. The main selections are fresh catfish, shrimp and oysters, though the restaurant offers a wide selection of fried and grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, crab legs, burgers, chicken and crawfish, when in season. A specialty selection of salmon, trout or tilapia is offered each day as well as several heart healthy grilled fish options. Beer, margaritas and wine also are served. The restaurant also gives customers the chance to participate in the “Liars Wall” – bring in a photo of a big catch and lie about its size – and its famous Billy Bass Adoption Center. Any customer who donates a Billy Bass receives a free basket of catfish, along with his or her name on a wall plaque.

Flying Fish has five locations in Texas, including Arlington, Fort Worth, Addison, Dallas, Garland, as well as in Little Rock and Bentonville, Ark., and Memphis, Tenn. All Flying Fish locations are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. For more information, visit www.flyingfishinthe.net.
