Last week after the long Christmas holiday, I felt like I was coming down with an awful cold. I stopped at Plaza Health Food in Snider Plaza and Max Fuqua recommended this wellness formula that they carry.

I started taking it 3x a day and I have not gotten sick! I think it is some type of immune booster but needless to say I am sold. I think it was a little over $20 but well worth it!
