MARCH 23

THEFT UNDER $50

A 19-year-old non-resident reported that an unknown suspect went through his property and stole approximately $3 from his wallet between 2:04 p.m. and 1:23 a.m. in the 4200 block of Emerson Avenue.

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFO

A 43-year-old resident in the 4000 block of Amherst Avenue reported that an unknown suspect had obtained his personal information and filed his taxes using the information without his permission between Jan. 1 and March 13.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 48-year-old non-resident reported that her 2015 Mercedes GLK350 was broken into and two digital SLR cameras, valued at $1,800, were stolen between 6:40 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. in the 7700 block of Hillcrest Avenue.

MARCH 25

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 20-year-old resident reported that her 2008 Acura RDX was broken into while parked in an underground parking garage and approximately $500 worth of clothing was stolen between 10 p.m. on March 24 and 2:40 p.m. on March 25 in the 3100 block of Rosedale Avenue.

MARCH 26

THEFT OF PROPERTY

A 42-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect took the wheels/rims, valued at $2,000, off her 2015 GMC SUV without her permission between 9 p.m. March 25 and 7 a.m. on March 26 in the 4400 block of Purdue Street.

MARCH 28

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFO 

A 55-year-old resident in the 4200 block of Normandy Avenue reported that an unknown suspect filed a fraudulent tax return using the victim’s social security number.
