The Running Scots competed well at the Jesuit Cross Country Classic held on Friday at Norbuck Park.  The Varsity team finished 10th overall and were led by Jack Alessio who finished 32nd individually with a time of 17:16.  The Junior Varsity finished 2nd overall and were led by Sam Wroath who finished 3rd individually with a time of 18:43.  Six runners total on the JV finished in the top 20.  

The Golden Spike Award for Runner of the Week goes to Reese Hathaway and Sam Wroath.  The team will compete for the District 11-5A Championship this Thursday at Myers Park in McKinney.  Race time 9:00 AM.  Go Scots!
