From rediscovering nature and treasuring time with friends and family, to family events and unforgettable staycations – the joy of fall family fun is still here, it’s just different. Laughter League, a co-production with Shakespeare Dallas, will bring Circo Metropolis, a pop-up circus experience under the bright blue Texas skies on October 10-11 and October 17-18.
With social distancing in place, families can bring blankets, sit back and enjoy an afternoon of zaniness from the dynamic clown duo Slappy and Monday and their endearing circus friends. Playing at Samuell-Grand Amphitheater in Dallas, the all-star cast will also feature renown speed juggler Dario Vasquez, circus skills phenoms Kelli and Julio Ramazini, Magic Mike Williams, aerialists Circus2Wins, slack wire artist Chet Monday and songbird Lily Monday.
The Saturday and Sunday performances are on October 10-11 and October 17-18 at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $15 each or $50 for a family four-pack, which can be purchased at LaughterLeague.org. Samuell-Grand Amphitheater is located at 1500 Tenison Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75223.
