Pegasus Water Polo's team of youngsters, many a year under the 8th grade/14u age requirement, bested teams from Dallas, Houston and Austin this weekend at the State Water Polo Championship on the University of Texas campus in Austin. Pegasus 14u played in three games Saturday and a semi-final and final game on Sunday. In the final game, Pegasus 14u overcame a strong Houston team that had bested them by one point just the day before. Park Cities residents on the 14U team include Jacob Duong, Roman Duong, Meg Peters, Ivan Zivaljevic and Luka Zivaljevic. The winning team was led by Head Coach Spencer Dornin and Board President Dr. Nikola Zivaljevic.

Pegasus has open enrollment for girls and boys grades 2-12. No previous experience is required. For more info, go to pegasuswaterpolo.org.
