Areeb Afridi, Olivia Jennings, and Anna Konradi from the Episcopal School of Dallas all medaled in the 2012 Thanks-Giving Foundation Expressions Arts and Essay Competition. Afridi, a freshman at ESD, was the first-place winner among ninth and tenth-graders in the competition’s Expressions essay category. The theme of this year’s competition was “I am grateful for water.”

Jennings and Konradi, also freshmen, finished in second and third place, respectively. All students were honored at an awards ceremony at the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House at the AT&T Performing Arts Center earlier in November.
