The Varsity Tennis Team kicked off their fall season by winning the Highland Park/Plano West Invitational held August 24-25. The Scots defeated Keller 10-0, Coppell 10-1, Allen 10-1 and Plano West 10-1!
Boys doubles teams were Rhett Bailey and Cole Burnam, Mikhail Commer and Skyler Carter, Hank Scott and Ray Saalfield. Girls doubles teams consisted of Katherine Petty and Bridget Stammel, Annika Juergens and Lizanne Boyer and Ashlee Newton and Hayden Bethea. Mixed doubles featured McKay Harman and Nell Covington and Cambelle Henderson.
The Scots has since gathered wins against Newman Smith and Coppell to remain undefeated.
Captains Hank Scott, Rhett Bailey, Hope Oliver and Katherine Petty are leading the team to an outstanding start!
