The HPHS Community Service Council International team is working with "Law and Order" star and HPHS alumna Stephanie March's organization OneKidOneWorld to raise funds to build a dormitory for a school in Kenya. Rather than ask for donations, they have paired with local restaurants to host "For the Dorm December" fundraisers, in which a percentage of the profits earned at each location will be donated back to the HPHS CSC to fund their efforts. The goal is to raise $10,000.

 The community is invited to join HPHS CSC members at following participating restaurants: 

  • Elevation Burger (on the corner of Northwest Highway and Hillcrest Avenue behind the Capital One Bank, next to Toni and Guy) from 6-9 p.m., Dec. 26
  • California Pizza Kitchen (in Preston Center at Northwest Highway and Preston Road) from 6-9 p.m., Jan. 2
