DECEMBER 8

A 38-year-old resident told police that his GMC Yukon was burglarized and his third-row seat was stolen between 10 p.m. on Dec. 4 and 9 a.m. on Dec. 8 in the 4600 block of Versailles Avenue.

DECEMBER 12

An 18-year-old resident reported that his GMC Yukon was burglarized and his third-row seat was stolen between 9 a.m. on Oct. 30 and 9 a.m. on Nov. 2 in the 3800 block of Normandy Avenue. Crime scene was not conducted due to the delay in reporting the offense.

A 34-year-old resident told police that he had been a victim of identify theft where an unknown subject opened three accounts without the victim's consent between 12 a.m. on Nov. 27 and 12 a.m. on Dec. 2.

A 53-year-old resident reported to police the theft of two potted plants valued at $550 each between 11 p.m. on Nov. 26 and 7 a.m. on Nov. 27 in the 3100 block of Beverly Drive. The victim waited to report the crime after she learned that suspects had been arrested for a similar crime.

DECEMBER 15 

A resident told police that three Cadillac Chrome wheels and three Bridgestone tires were stolen from his Escalade between 6 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 6:47 a.m. on Dec. 15 in the 3800 block of Shenandoah Avenue.

A 23-year-old resident reported that his GMC Sierra was burglarized and his GPS device was stolen between 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 8:00 a.m. on Dec. 15 in the 3500 block of Gillon Avenue.

A 52-year-old resident told police that his inflatable drummer boy Christmas decoration had been damaged in an act of criminal mischief between 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 7:45 a.m. on Dec. 15 in the 4400 block of Arcady Avenue. The victim noted that the drum had been cut off of the decoration on his property.

A 70-year-old resident reported that his front yard landscaping had been damaged as a result of an unknown person driving on his parkway between 12:10 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Dec. 15 in the 4600 block of Mockingbird Lane. The victim noted that a damaged license plate had been left at the scene. 

A 41-year-old resident told police that his inflatable Santa decoration from his front yard had been removed without his content between 7 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 11:00 a.m. on Dec. 15 in the 4400 block of Fairfax Avenue.

A 65-year-old resident reported that her Mercedes GL450 had been burglarized and that two candles wrapped in gift boxes were stolen from the vehicle between 12:01 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Dec. 15.

A 54-year-old resident told police that his daughter's Lexus RX3 had been involved in a hit-and-run, where the party responsible left the scene without leaving the required identification information at 9:15 p.m. on Dec. 15 at the Tom Thumb at Highland Park Village. The victim wrote down the license plate number of the responsible party.

DECEMBER 16

A 39-year-old resident reported that his Mercedes ML3 had been hit in front of his house and his left side mirror severely damaged at 11:28 p.m. on Dec. 16 in the 4800 block of Abbott Avenue.
