Students enjoyed the traditional Halloween Black-Light Pep Rally last week at Highland Park High School where the award winning Highland Belles performed as scary brides. The Belles spooked the student body with a unique dance. The Belles wore white dresses, veils and carried glow in the dark bouquets. Face paint was used to enhance the ghoulish performance. The Belles spooked the community the night before at the evening performance.
