Since starting her company in 2002, Kendra Scott has been committed to giving back. The brand’s flagship program Kendra Gives Back, invites local charities and individuals to host in-store shopping events with 20% of the proceeds benefiting the philanthropic initiative of their choice. Through this program, the jewelry brand has hosted over 30,000 philanthropic events and donated more than $30 million to various causes to date.

Although stores remain temporarily closed or at limited capacity, the brand has been able to pivot this initiative to digital - allowing customers to host a virtual Kendra Gives Back event. Since transitioning this program to virtual in April, the brand has confirmed over 1,600 virtual Kendra Gives Back events benefitting over 2,500 causes and raising over $200k. Individuals looking to host a virtual Kendra Gives Back event receive custom codes to share with their community. For 48 hours, 20% of all proceeds from purchases using these codes will continue to directly support the charity of their choice. To host a virtual Kendra Gives Back event, customers can go HERE to get set up.

To further expand upon this, in honor of National Nonprofit Day on August 17, Kendra Scott will simultaneously host 108 virtual Kendra Gives Back events on the same day – each of which will donate to local causes in each of the 108 communities where the brand has stores across the US. And, beginning with National Nonprofit Day, these virtual Kendra Gives Back giveback codes will now be redeemable in all the ways in which you can shop Kendra Scott; online, the brand’s curbside delivery program and in select stores where Kendra Scott is offering socially-distanced shopping appointments! Please see a list HERE of all the organizations taking part in this special day.
