Pop, sparkle, fizz, cheers! Perle on Maple is adding sparkle to the best time of the week, Sunday brunch. The eclectic bistro tucked inside The Stoneleigh, a luxury boutique hotel with a rich 96-year-old history, has elevated their brunch menu to include a Sparkle Bar and new delectable dishes using local, seasonal ingredients expertly sourced and created by Executive Chef Wade Burch. Perle on Maple’s brunch menu is available every Sunday from 10AM to 2PM.

Taste buds will be tingling for traditional breakfast classics like Blueberry Pancakes, Perle Avocado Toast, Croissant French Toast, and Eggs Benedict offered in three variations: classic, veggie, or crab cake. Joining the menu are some of Perle’s popular lunch items, such as Granola Crusted Idaho Trout, The Stoneleigh BurgerHarvest Kale and Brussels Salad, Chicken Milanese, and Blackened Salmon BLT.

Bubbles and brunch go hand in hand, and Perle on Maple has enhanced the experience with Perle’s Sparkle Bar. The effervescent interactive station encourages guests to customize their bubbles with assortment of fresh juices, liquor-infused seasonal fruits, and flavored pearls, a molecular gastronomy delicacy.

 

 

 

 

 

Perle on Maple, located inside the historic Le Méridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh, is an eclectic bistro led by Executive Chef Wade Burch who takes pride in using the local ingredients of his Texas homeland.
