The Preston of the Park Cities’ Chef Savannah Rogers and lead cook Marco Lopez at the Sept. 7th Saint Michael’s Farmers Market in Dallas with samples of their locally sourced recipes for Brined Pork Carnitas and Farmer’s Ambrosia. More than 300 samples were given to attendees at the market, where Ms. Rogers and Mr. Lopez also gave a cooking demonstration using local market vendors’ products in their recipes. Rogers holds a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and brings more than a decade of experience in the profession.
