Prestonwood Polo Club ends the 2012 polo season with the USPA Hall of Fame Cup finals. Park Cities father and son team with Vaughn and Highland Park middle School 8th grade student Vaughn Sebastian Miller hope to have their names engraved on the Cup that sits in the
Polo Museum and Hall of Fame in Lake Worth, Florida. To celebrate another successful season at the family owned and operated polo facility, the
Ladies Polo Auxilairy of Texas, founded by Dena Miller in 2005, will host a Fan Appreciation party in the grand pavilion.
If you missed the first round of the USPA Hall of Fame Cup last week heres the scoop: A 6 chukker round robin was played with three teams: Savannah: Vaughn Miller, Vaughn Sebastian Miller, Sidro Olivas, & Charles Levesque Bar Z: Barry Zindel, Lucio Chavez, Pipa Turbiates, & Sain Joseph Eagles Landing: Rob Payne III, August Scherer, Steve Gilchrist, & Wyatt Myr Round 1 Savannah won over Bar Z, round 2 Eagles Landing won over Bar Z, and Savannah & Eagles Landing tied but ultimately Savannah won due to net goals, 6-5. Savannah is in the lead by one goal in the start of the finals this Saturday.
