Providence Christian School Celebrates Homecoming with Spirit

On a crisp fall evening on October 18, Providence Christian School celebrated Homecoming with a pep rally followed by a football game in which the Providence Patriots defeated Covenant 48-0. The Spirit Team cheerleaders performed cheers and stunts to get everyone excited, while other students ran the carnival games and painted faces of many youngsters. Families enjoyed eating a hamburger dinner, while watching the game and visiting from the sidelines. The Providence Patriots football team’s record is 6-2.

“What a wonderful time all the families of both schools had being able to celebrate Proivdence’s homecoming,” said Providence Headmaster Dr. Tony Jeffrey. “The image of the two teams and coaches praying together after the game was the perfect ending to the game.”
