The Varsity Tennis Team competed in a 2-day tournament Friday and Saturday featuring 15 schools.  Teams travelled from Houston, Abilene, Fort Worth and all over the metroplex to compete in singles, doubles or mixed doubles.  The Boys Doubles team of Cole Burnam and Ray Saalfield won all their matches and defeated Jesuit in the finals to capture the Championship.  The Girls Doubles team of Annika Juergens and Cambelle Henderson also won the tournament beating Allen in the finals.  Gabi Williams went undefeated to win the Girls Singles division.  Mixed doubles players Rhett Bailey and Ashlee Newton fell in the finals to a tough team from Friendship High.  Mckay Harman, Ethan Vicente, Peyton Dooley, Isabella McElfresh and Christiane Mandes all played hard with some great wins throughout the tournament.  Up next is a March 1st tourney in Plano.  Go Scots!
