Come and meet Sapphira, Lois, Eunice and Priscilla (Biblical names that we don’t often hear) as Rev. Dr. Katie Hays shares with the Disciples Women of Central Christian Church how God has gifted all of us, women and men, with moral agency. 

Lesson 7 from the Disciples Women’s study guide is titled “Women’s Moral Agency in the Early Church” and taken from Acts and Timothy.  This paper was actually written by Katie so we will get the benefit of the scholar’s point of view. 

The meeting begins at 10:30 Tuesday morning, February 5 in the church parlor. Following a short business meeting and the presentation, a Valentine themed lunch will be served in Fellowship Hall. 

February’s hostess is none other than Rosemary Davenport who always delights the group with beautiful table settings and delicious food.
