Refined Hospitality Concepts, the company behind restaurants including Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge, Sfereco and Overeasy, is celebrating Thanksgiving in two meaningful ways. The company will feed veterans and first responders at Thanksgiving For Your Service on Thanksgiving Day at The Statler Dallas, and will offer special Thanksgiving Take and Bake meals for families who don’t want to cook from scratch on the holiday.

The DFW-based charity Operation Forever Free hosts Thanksgiving For Your Service for our nation’s heroes at The Statler. Veterans, police officers, firefighters, doctors, nurses, other medical workers and first responders, along with their families, will be treated to Thanksgiving lunch in The Statler Ballroom between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26. Football will be shown on the big screen. RSVPs will be accommodated on a first-come, first served basis at bit.ly/thanksgivingforyourservice.

The Take and Bake meals are meant to be reheated at home and come with detailed instructions. There are four full-meal options that will feed from 4 to 8 people:

  • Roasted Turkey Breast Dinner: Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Cornbread Dressing, Green Bean Casserole, Whipped Potatoes, Cranberry Orange Sauce and Parker House Rolls. $110; serves 4-6.
  • Roasted Whole Turkey Dinner: Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Cornbread Dressing, Green Bean Casserole, Whipped Potatoes, Cranberry Orange Sauce and Parker House Rolls. $160; serves 6-8.
  • Smoked Ham with Ginger Apricot Glaze: Hickory-Smoked Ham with Ginger Apricot Glaze, Cornbread Dressing, Green Beans with Toasted Almonds, Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Orange Sauce and Parker House Rolls. $165; serves 6-8.
  • Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin: Beef Tenderloin with Herb Au Jus, Whipped Potatoes, Cornbread Dressing, Green Bean Casserole and Parker House Rolls. $275; serves 6-8.

An a la carte Take and Bake menu offers a variety of entrees, side dishes, desserts and cocktail kits. Also, Primo’s and Sfereco each have additional dishes on the menu from their restaurants, like the Chicken Enchiladas Verde y Crema from Primo’s and the Traditional Lasagna from Sfereco. The full Take and Bake menu and online ordering are available at bit.ly/thanksgivingcatering

Take and Bake orders can be placed through 5 p.m. Nov. 20 at bit.ly/thanksgivingcatering. Orders must be picked up between 11 a.m and 5 p.m. Nov. 24-25 at Primo’s Uptown, Primo’s Downtown, Primo’s Hillcrest or Sfereco.

Most RHC restaurants and bars will be open on Thanksgiving Day. Scout Dallas, which has a lot of new games installed, opens at 11 a.m.; Primo’s Uptown and Downtown locations will be open from 3 p.m. to midnight; Primo’s Hillcrest will be open from 3-10 p.m.; Overeasy, Sfereco and Waterproof will be open regular business hours.
