PC-TAG is honored to announce this year's PC-TAG Teacher of the Year for HPISD. The annual PC-TAG Teacher of the Year Award honors and rewards an educator who encourages and inspires a love of learning in their students. Teachers are nominated by parents and students in the spring each year. Unlike most years, this year, the board made an exception and chose two deserving recipients. Dr. Christopher Miller, HPMS Principal and Amy Kovak, PC-TAG President surprised these two deserving individuals with their awards. Congratulations to Claire Zaika-Taglioli, TAG Algebra and TAG Geometry teacher and Shannon Taliaferro, 7th Grade TAG Language Arts teacher for receiving this prestigious honor. Past recipients can be viewed here.
