UPDATE (11:20 a.m.): The gas leak has been repaired. Oncor personnel will remain working in the area, so sections around the Village may be blocked off throughout the day.

A main gas line near Tom Thumb at the Village has a break in it, and local residents and people in the area have been advised to take caution until it has been fixed.

The HPDPS is currently attempting to stabilize the situation, and all car and pedestrian traffic in the area has been diverted.

Employees from businesses at the Village have been evacuated, and Bradfield Elementary School has been asked to keep the children inside as a precautionary measure.
