Highland Park High School's boys and girls soccer teams both won in the area round of the UIL Class 4A state playoffs on Wednesday and will be competing in the sectional round tonight.

The Lady Scots team, which beat McKinney North by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday, will play against Frisco Wakeland at 6 p.m. at Richardson ISD's Wildcat-Ram Stadium.

Highland Park's boys squad had a 1-0 victory over Frisco Heritage in the area round of the playoffs and will be taking on Frisco Liberty at 7 p.m. at Lovejoy High School.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate at both games.
