JULY 18

THEFT OF PROPERTY/ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY INJURY

Two residents reported that they were assaulted by an unknown suspect, who stole a purse during the assault between 12:15 a.m. and 12:45 a.m. in the 4000 block of Hanover Street.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 37-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into her Chevrolet Suburban and stole the third row seats overnight in the 3000 block of Bryn Mawr Drive.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 29-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole golf clubs overnight in the 3600 block of Southwestern Boulevard.

 

JULY 19

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

A 57-year-old resident in the 4000 block of Hanover Street reported that his personal information was used fraudulently in an attempt to open a bank account between June 24 and July 18.

TERRORISTIC THREAT

A 52-year-old resident received a verbal threat on his cell phone at 4:41 a.m. in the 4000 block of Hanover Street.

 

JULY 20

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 29-year-old Seagoville resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and stole her purse in the 2600 block of Westminster Avenue.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 41-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and stole several items between 5:53 p.m. and 6:53 p.m. in the 3500 block of Westminster Avenue.

 

JULY 21

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

A 42-year-old resident in the 2800 block of University Boulevard reported that an unknown suspect opened a Visa account in her name and rented a vehicle, which has not been returned.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A 52-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect damaged her fence between 10:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. in the 5700 block of Armstrong Parkway.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 40-year-old Dallas resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and stole her purse in the 2600 block of Westminster Avenue.

 

JULY 23

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

A 64-year-old resident in the 2600 block of Westminster Avenue reported that an unknown suspect opened credit accounts in his name without his permission between July 19 and July 23.

BURGLARY OF VEHICLE

A 35-year-old Dallas resident reported that an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and stole her purse between 7:30 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. in the 7700 block of Hillcrest Avenue.
