Highland Park Lacrosse In Texas High School Lacrosse League Final Four This Weekend in Allen, TX.
 

The Highland Park Scots D1 Lacrosse squad traveled to Round Rock this past weekend to compete in the Texas High School Lacrosse League Super Regionals.  The #1 seeded Scots soundly defeated Kingwood, the #2 seed in the south region.  The Scots had their highest scoring game of the season with a final score of 17-6.  Coach Derek Thomson said “I was completely impressed with how focused our boys were for the game on Sunday and the competitive nature in which we played.  I thought it was our most complete game of the year so hopefully the momentum carries over to this weekend’s State Final Four in Allen!”

The state tournament begins Saturday in Allen, TX at Eagle Stadium (155 Rivercrest Blvd.).  The Scots face Austin Westlake at 2:00 pm. on Saturday, May 14th in the semi-finals.  The winner advances to the championship game on Sunday, May 15th at 1:00 pm. against either ESD or Jesuit.
