A 44-year-old resident in the 3200 block of Beverly Drive reported that an unknown suspect used his information to apply for multiple credit cards between May 1 and June 14.
FAILURE TO LEAVE IDENTIFICATION
A 17-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect struck her parked vehicle and did not leave identification between 12:15 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the 4500 block of Westway Avenue.

A 50-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect stole construction equipment belonging to a construction crew from her garage between 12 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. in the 4600 block of Fairfax Avenue.

A 47-year-old resident in the 3700 block of Mockingbird Lane reported that an unknown suspect opened a credit account using her information without her permission.

THEFT OF PROPERTY
A store manager of Ralph Lauren at Highland Park Village reported that an unknown suspect stole merchandise equaling about $1,050 from the store at 3:02 p.m.
BURGLARY OF HABITATION
A 33-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect entered his residence and stole his wallet at 9:10 p.m. in the 4600 block of Mockingbird Lane.
