THEFT OF PROPERTY 

At approximately 12:57 PM, an officer was working an off-duty security job at the Highland Park Shopping Village when he received a call from an employee at Saint Laurent. The caller stated that a male suspect had just taken two backpacks from the store without paying, then fled the scene. It seems possible that the suspect was the same one in the Christian Lou Boutin theft that occurred a few weeks ago, but police have no proof. 


AUGUST 10

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE 

Police officers were dispatched to the lobby of 4700 Drexel Drive at approximately 10:00 AM. The victim told police that someone took his vehicle from his front driveway without his effective consent. He believes someone may have taken the keys from inside his home at some point while he was out of town.
