Highland Park High School's girls cross country team swept the Stallion Stampede meet on Saturday at Samuel Farm in Mesquite, winning both the Varsity and Junior Varsity races.

The team will be competing next at the McKinney Boyd Invitational, which begins at 7:45 a.m. Sept. 15 at Myers Park in McKinney.
